A highly versatile artist, Brayda studied sculpture at the San Fernando School of Fine Arts in Madrid and advertising at the School of Arts and Crafts in La Coruña.
 
Besides his practice as a painter, also worth underscoring is his work in creating a number of stage designs for plays. In 2005 he was instrumental in founding Gabinete Ultramarino de Realización y Diseño, a studio in which he develops his work in the fields of show business, fashion, design and events.
 
He won Spain’s National Stage Design Award for the luminosity and originality of his work.
